摘要
丹珠河水电站钢管道长1260.590m,管径1.6m,设计水头898.34m(含水锤压力),其中钢管道10号镇墩以下为高压段,采用钢管与加劲环联合承受内水压力的结构型式,这是国内最先把普通钢材应用在高水头压力钢管上。在1:1模型试验的基础上,采用理论公式和ANSYS有限元分别进行计算,并与模型试验进行比较,?吻合较好。该钢管已安全运行四年多,说明钢管理论计算公式可以指导工程设计。
The penstock of the Danzhuhe hydropower plant is 1,260.590m long with its diameter of 1.60m and design water head of 898.34m(including water hammer pressure), of which the section below the anchorage block No.10 is of high pressure, where the steel pipe and the stiffening ring jointly bear the internal water pressure. This is the first application of ordinary steel to high water head steel pipes in China. Based on the 1 : 1 model test, the theoretical formula and the ANSYS finite element were used to conduct calculation respectively, and the calculation results were compared with those of the model test and all of the results are identical. The penstock has been under operation for more than 4 years, which means that the theoretical formula of steel pipe can guide design of a hydropower project.
