摘要
目的:探析药学干预对2型糖尿病患者用药依从性与药品不良反应的具体影响。方法:随机选取110例2型糖尿病患者并将其分为对照组55例与观察组55例。对照组采取常规用药指导,观察组采取药学干预,对比分析两组患者的用药依从性、药品不良反应(Adverse drug reaction,ADR)发生率、用药偏差情况以及干预前后血糖指标情况。结果:观察组患者的用药总依从率为96.34%,高于对照组患者83.64%的用药总依从率;观察组ADR与用药偏差出现情况均低于对照组;两组患者出院时空腹血糖与餐后2h血糖水平均有显著降低,且观察组优于对照组。结论:药学干预能够显著提高2型糖尿病患者的用药依从性与血糖控制水平,并降低ADR发生率,获得良好的临床疗效,具有推广价值。
Objective To explore the specific infiuence of pharmaceutical intervention on drug compliance and adverse drug reactions in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods： 110 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group （55 cases） and observation group （55 cases）. The control group took routine medication guidance, the observation group took pharmaceutical intervention, the compliance of the two groups of patients, the incidence of adverse drug reactions （ADR, Adverse Drug Reaction）, the deviation of drug use and the blood glucose index before and after intervention were compared and analyzed. Results： The total compliance rate of the patients in the observation group was 96.34%, which was higher than the total compliance rate of 83.64% in the control group; the occurrence of ADR and drug deviation in the observation group were lower than the control group; the average blood glucose in the two groups was significantly lower after treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group. Conclusion： Pharmaceutical intervention can significantly improve the compliance of type 2 diabetes, with better blood glucose control, reduced incidence of ADR, and good clinical effect; therefore, it has the value of promotion.
