摘要
非骨化性纤维瘤发病率极低,多发生于四肢长骨距离骺板3～4 cm的干骺端,尤以胫骨、股骨和腓骨为多见,但发生于髌骨者国内外鲜有报道,本文通过分析收治的1例髌骨非骨化性纤维瘤患者的检查及手术情况,探讨其临床表现、病理特点及预后。
The incidence of non-ossifying fibroma is very low, and it occurs mostly in the metaphysis of the long bone distance from the epiphyseal plate of 3-4 cm, especially in tibia, femur and fibula. However, it is rarely reported in the patella at home and abroad. This article analyzed the exanfination and operation of a case of patellar non-ossifying fibroma, and reviewed the manifestations, pathological features and prognosis.
