摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗急性软组织损伤患者的效果。方法:收治急性软组织损伤患者92例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各46例。对照组仅给予常规西医治疗,观察组在其基础上联合中医治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果与疼痛情况。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。经过治疗后,观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗急性软组织损伤,可提高治疗效果,帮助患者缓解疼痛症状。
Objective：To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on acute soft tissue injury. Methods：92 patients with acute soft tissue injury were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine based on the conventional western medicine.Resuhs：The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.After the treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute soft tissue injury can improve the therapeutic effect and help patients relieve pain symptoms.
