摘要 通过分析患者睡眠时的呼吸特征和生理特征,设计了一种新型柔性呼吸传感器,用于采集睡眠呼吸信号。该新型柔性呼吸传感器考虑到佩戴的舒适性,采用弹性医用网套设计,利用PVDF压电薄膜作为信号采集元件,通过信号调理电路对采集到的呼吸信号进行处理,得到工业用标准呼吸电压信号。对正常睡眠者和呼吸暂停患者睡眠呼吸信号试验数据的对比分析表明:新型柔性呼吸传感器具有采集精度高、信号适配性较好的特点,可用于呼吸信号监控。 In this paper,a new flexible breathing sensor was designed by analyzing the breathing characteristics and physiological characteristics of patients during sleep,which was used to collect sleep respiration signals.The elastic medical netting was adopted to surround the abdomen.The PVDF piezoelectric film was used as signal acquisition element.The signal conditioning circuit was used to process the collected signals.The industrial standard respiratory voltage signal was obtained.The comparison of sleep breathing signal test data between normal sleep patients and apnea patients shows that the new flexible respiratory sensor designed in this paper is of high acquisition accuracy and good signal adaptation.It can be used for the further development of respiratory signal monitoring technology.
