摘要
目的:探讨缺血性脑血管病中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析80例缺血性脑血管病例的临床资料,依照治疗方法分为观察组与参考组各40例,比较两组治疗前、后神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、改良Rankin量表(MRS)评分及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组NIHSS评分及MRS评分均明显改善,观察组改善程度显著大于参考组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率显著大于参考组(P<0.05)。结论:常规西医治疗的基础上联合中药辨证治疗,可改善缺血性脑血管病患者神经功能,保护未受损脑组织,有助于预后的改善。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of the combination of Chinese and western medicine in ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods： The clinical data of 80 cases of ischemiccerebrovascularwere ret rospectively analyzed and divided into observation group and reference group according to the treatment, 40 cases in each group. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS）, Modified Rankin Scale （MRS） and treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment, NIHSS score and MRS score were significantly improved in both groups, and the improvement degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observa tion group was significantly greater than that of the reference group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of traditional western medicine can improve the neurological function of patients with ischemic cerebrovascu lar disease, protect the undamaged brain tissue, and improve the prognosis.
