小功率电容运转电机的两种接法的研究

摘要 以日本松下品牌1 W电容运转交流电机为例,在对照厂家提供的接法的基础上,提出一种新的接法即低发热的接法,并通过对这两种接法进行建模,比较两种接法的电流、相位、发热功率等各个工作性能参数。这种新的接法虽然在kk值在0~0.5之间启动性能比接法一下降较大,但考虑启动时转子在静止状态,此时绕组电感最大,只要适当选择电容就能有一个不错的启动转矩,在启动后电流下降,电机进入长时间的近匀速运转中,发热功率较接法一也大为下降。 Taking Japanese Panasonic brand 1 W capacitor running AC motor as an example, based on the connection method provided by the contrast manufacturer, a new connection method, that is, low heat connection method, is put forward, and the two methods are modeled. The current, phase, heating power and other performance parameters of the two methods are compared. Although the starting performance of the new connection method is much lower than that of the first connection method when the kk value is 0 ~ 0. 5, considering the rotor at rest when starting, the winding inductance is the largest, and if the capacitance is properly selected, there can be a good starting torque. After starting,the current drops and the motor enters into a long period of near uniform speed operation, and the heating power is generated. The rate is also much lower than that of the following method.
