摘要
实验室测定100亿孢子/mL短稳杆菌悬浮剂对家蚕3龄起蚕的急性食下毒性(LC50)为1319万孢子/mL(即供试药剂稀释758倍),与其推荐使用稀释浓度500~1000倍(2000~1000万孢子/mL)接近;用100亿孢子/mL短稳杆菌悬浮剂500倍和1000倍稀释液对桑树喷叶处理,喷药后1 d起采摘桑叶,连续饲喂3龄起蚕均无致病致死作用。结果表明,100亿孢子/mL短稳杆菌悬浮剂在稀释500倍和1000倍的推荐使用浓度下,对养蚕生产的安全性风险较低。
The acute toxicity(LC50) of 10 billion spores/mL Empedobacter brevis Suspicions to the 3 rd instar newly exuviated silkworm larvae(Bombyx mori) was determined to be 13 million 190 thousand spores/mL( that is 758 times diluted by the original concentration), which was close to the recommended dilution concentration of 500~1000 times(that is 20~10 million spores/mL). Experiment showed that there was no pathogenic and lethal effect if fed the 3 rd instar newly exuviated silkworm larvae for successive three days by the mulberry leaves spraeded by Empedobacter brevis suspicions of 500 and 1000 times dilution of the original 10 billion spores/mL respectovely. The results indicated that the safety risk of Empedobacter brevis suspicions to silkworm rearing is very low if the recommended concentration of500 times and 1000 times dilution of the original 10 billion spores/mL drug was used.
