摘要
嘉兴种桑养蚕历史悠久,茧丝绸长期以来是嘉兴经济的支柱产业,为嘉兴经济的发展作出了重要贡献。特别是1986年以来,嘉兴蚕桑产业较快发展,在20世纪末21世纪初达到鼎盛,全市90%左右的乡镇从事蚕桑生产,蚕茧、白厂丝产量分别占全省的1/2和全国的10%。但随着农村经济的发展,农民收入来源的多元化,蚕桑产业出现了连续衰退,到2015年产茧量仅为最高年2001年的30%。本文记述了1986～2015年嘉兴蚕桑的30年变化情况。
Silkworm rearing and mulberry cultivation has a long history in Jiaxing city. For a long time, the cocoon production and silk industry has become the pillar industry of Jiaxing＇s economy and made an important contribution to the development of Jiaxing＇s economy. Especially since 1986, silkworm rearing and mulberry cultivation in Jiaxing has developed rapidly and reached its peak at the end of 20 th Century and early 21 st Century. Nearly 90% of the towns in Jiaxing City has the farmers who engaged in silkworm rearing and mulberry cultivation. The production of silkworm cocoons and raw silk accounted for the half of Zhejian province and 10% of whole China. In 2001, cocoon production reached a new high. However, as the development of rural industry and the diversification of the farmers＇ income sources in the direction of market economy, sericulture has been declining continuously. In 2015, the cocoon production was only 30%of the highest year. This paper sumerized the changes of sericulture in Jiaxing City during the past years of 1986～2015.
