肿瘤磁感应热疗介质研发进展

摘要 磁感应热疗是一种物理与医学结合的肿瘤治疗方式,应用各种方法将磁性介质导入或靶向进入肿瘤,治疗中而这些磁性材料的在外部的交变磁场作用下升温,适形或靶向杀伤肿瘤细胞。因此,其中高效与组织相容性良好的磁性材料的研发是磁感应热疗的关键环节,多国学者竞相研发。本文以磁性材料尺寸为划分依据,介绍了毫米级、微米级以及纳米级三大类磁性材料研发进展。 Magnetic induction hyperthermia is a tumor treatment method which combines physical and medical. Various methods are used to introduce or target magnetic media into tumors. The magnetic material can heat up under the alternating magnetic field and kills the tumor cells. Therefore, the development of magnetic materials with high efficiency and good tissue compatibility is the key link of magnetic induction hyperthermia, and many scholars are competing for research and development. Based on the size of magnetic materials, this paper introduces three types: milliscaled, microscaled and nanoscaled thermoseeds.
