摘要
连铸机扇形段的对弧是连铸工艺的重控指标,也是连铸设备功能精度的重要组成部分,对弧的好坏往往会影响到连铸坯的质量。连铸机在线测量对弧主要有弧板测量法和辊缝仪测量法,两种方法测量同一位置的对弧时,往往会有不同的结果,哪一个更准,用哪一组结果指导下一步工作,这些困扰着现场工作人员。从原理性差异进行分析,并通过CAD模拟计算对比不同情况下测量的结果差异。
Alignment of segments is important indicator of process,which also ensures accuracy of the equipments.The quantity of slabs related to the alignment of segments.There are two ways we could measure alignment of segments,one is gap checker and another is arc plate.It always has different results when we use the two ways to measure one place.Which one is more accurate and which one should be used for following works,it is a puzzle.This paper stars from the original reason difference and analysis different results with CAD simulations are discussed.
