摘要
基于ATE(Auto Test Equipment,自动化测试设备)平台,通过VC(VisualC++)语言环境实现模拟器件的测试,主要包括VC语言简介、DLL动态链接库、测试代码编写示例和调试示例等内容。使用VC语言,可针对性地设置测试条件,构建特定的代码保护措施,防止对器件形成损伤;其次,可生成同类型器件程序开发专用模块,形成与器件本身特点高度匹配的测试程序;此外,VC语言兼容性高,可以完成从底层到上层直接面向用户的各种类型的软件开发,对程序软件开发者大有助益。
Based mainly including on ATE ( Auto Test Equipment), the simulator is tested through VC language environment, VC introduction, DLL dynamic link library, code writing test instances and debugging exam- pies. Using VC language, the test conditions can be set and the specific code protection measures is built to prevent can be damage to the devices. Secondly, a special program development module for the same type of devices generated to form a test program highly matched with the characteristics of the device itself. In addition, VC language compatibility is high, and it can accomplish all kinds of software development directly from the bottom to the upper level, which is very helpful for the developers of program software.
