摘要
MLX90614是一种非接触式红外测温器件,具有体积小、精度高、测温范围宽等优点。因此,以MLX90614为感温元件,以STM32F030F4P6为主芯片设计了一种数字式温度传感器,并对其结构进行了重点描述。研制结果表明,该传感器具有结构简单、性价比高、工艺性强,便于实现批量化生产等特点。此外,传感器以RS485的通信方式将数字信号传输给上位机,提高了传输距离和抗干扰能力。通过与高精度热电阻传感器的对比测试,证明该传感器的测量精度较高(达到±1%),性能稳定,能够满足快速体表温度测量的需求,具有一定的实用价值。
MLX90614 is a non-contact infrared thermometer with small volume, high accuracy and wide tem- perature range. Therefore, a digital temperature sensor is designed with MLX90614 as the temperature sensing element and STM32F030F4P6 as the main chip. Also its structure is described in detail. The sensor has the characteristics of simple structure, high performance-price ratio, strong technology, and easy mass production. Moreover, the digital signal is transmitted to the host computer through the RS485 communication mode, which improves the transmission distance and the anti-interference ability. Compared with the high precision thermal resistance sensor, the sensor has high measurement precision ( up to 1% ) and stable performance, which can satisfy the need of fast surface temperature measurement and has certain practical value.
