摘要 土壤有机-无机复合体在土壤肥力以及土壤污染物的迁移中均起着至关重要的作用。为探究Hofmeister效应作用下土壤有机-无机复合机制,本试验以1∶1型黏土矿物高岭石和腐植酸为材料,利用分光光度计对Ca Cl2、Cs Cl、KCl三种电解质溶液中高岭石、腐植酸以及不同质量比的高岭石/腐植酸复合胶体絮凝过程进行监测,再通过原子力显微镜对形成的复合体进行表征。结果表明:(1)高岭石、腐植酸以及高岭石/腐植酸凝聚体的形成速率、大小以及结构均表现出强烈的Hofmeister效应,且表现出的Hofmeister序列均为:Ca2+>> Cs+> K+。(2)腐植酸存在时,复合体形成的速率会显著减缓;矿物对腐植酸的敏感性会受一价阳离子浓度的限制,受二价阳离子浓度的影响较小。(3)复合体形成的数量和大小随腐植酸含量增高而显著降低。 Soil organic-inorganic complex plays important roles in soil fertility and the transport of soil pollutants. In order to explore the soil organic-inorganic compound mechanism under the action of Hofmeister effect, 1∶ 1 kaolinite minerals and humic acids were used as materials in this paper. The flocculation of kaolinite,humic acid and their complex colloids in CaCl 2, CsCl and KCl electrolyte solutions were studied by spectrophotometer. And the formed complex was characterized by atomic force microscope (AFM). The results showed that: (1) The formation rate, size and structure of kaolinite, humic acid and kaolinite-humic acid agglomerates showed strong Hofmeister effect, and the Hofmeister sequences were Ca 2+ 〉〉Cs +〉K +. (2) In the presence of humic acid, the rate of complex formation was significantly slowed; the sensitivity of minerals to humic acid was limited by the concentration of monovalent ions but little by the concentration of divalent ions. (3) The numbers and size of complex decreased significantly with the increase of humic acid content.
