摘要
随着城市化和工业化的快速发展,水污染物排放量急剧增加,对水环境造成了严重影响,并成为制约区域经济社会发展的重要因素。选择安宁市为研究区,基于水系特征、水环境功能、行政区边界等因素划分汇水单元,计算水环境容量并评价水环境承载力。同时基于水环境承载力确定水环境管控分区和管控措施指引,为该地区产业结构调整、优化空间布局等提供建议。
With theurbanization and industrialization development, the increase of water pollutant discharge not only seriously affect the water environment, but also is principal factor to restrict regional economic and social development.Anning city of Yunnan was taken as a typical case to discuss partition system for water environment management based on evaluation of the water environment’s carrying capacity. On the basis of the basic information about the characteristics of water system, water environmental function, administrative boundaries, water catchment units are delimited. Through computing the water environmental capacity, water environment carrying capacity is assessed. The partition system for water environment management and the control measures are given. This paper provides some advices for industrial structure adjustment and optimizing space layout of Anning city of Yunnan.
