摘要
地理信息在国民生活中的作用越来越重要,而现实中对地理信息使用需求则提出了更高的要求,满足地理信息的现势性及实现地图实时动态更新的操作也变得越来越必要。本文以Arc Engine工具、数据库等为载体,以增量信息、地图动态更新相关技术为依据进行设计开发能够实现相关功能的系统工具。然后我们将对实体地图进行信息提取,与经过系统增量更新后的成果比对,作为所开发的新系统测试检验的评定指标之一。根据开发进程逐步实现基于C#的地理信息增量更新系统的搭建。
Geographic information is playing an increasingly important role in the national life, while the use of real demand put forward higher requirements, satisfies the current situation of geography information and realize map real-time dynamic renewal operation also becomes more and more essential. This article take the Arc-Engine tool, the database and so on as a carrier, based on incremental information and dynamic updating of correlation technique, a system tool that can realize related functions is designed and developed.Then we will extract information from the printed map and compare it with the result in the system after incremental update as one criterion for the test of the newly-developed system. According to the development process, incremental updating geographic information system based on the C# is realized gradually.
