摘要
采用参数化方向距离函数方法,以拥有超过170家污水处理厂的10家上市公司为研究对象,基于2016年的相关数据,估算污水处理过程中碳排放的影子价格,并将市场化方法引入碳排放相关政策的制定中,拟为碳交易市场的建立与碳排放权的分配提供一个方法支撑,从而提高污水处理行业的碳减排效率,充分控制碳排放量。
10 listed companies in China with more than 170 wastewater treatment plants in 2016 are taken as cases to estimate the shadow price of carbon emissions in the process of wastewater treatment by using the parametric directional distance function approach. The market method is introduced to formulate the related policies for carbon emissions,and a method for the establishment of the carbon trading market and distribution of carbon emissions is provided so as to improve the efficiency of reducing carbon emissions in the wastewater treatment industry and to fully control the carbon emissions.
