摘要
目的观察英黄汤加减治疗脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法选取脓毒症伴胃肠功能障碍患者60例,随机分为2组各30例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加服英黄汤加减,2组共治疗14 d为1个疗程,对患者的临床症状及实验室检查指标进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率为70. 00%,明显高于对照组的53. 30%(P <0. 05)。治疗后治疗组白细胞计数(WBC)、降钙素原(PCT)、胃肠功能障碍评分、急性生理学及慢性健康状况评分系统(APACHEⅡ)评分、血浆胃泌素(GAS)、血浆胃动素(MTL)改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0. 05)。结论英黄汤加减能降低脓毒症患者的炎症指标,调节胃肠激素的分泌,改善胃肠功能障碍,提高临床疗效,值得推广应用。
Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy of Yinghuang Decoction in the treatment of sepsis complicating with gastrointestinal dysfunction. Methods Sixty patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction of sepsis were enrolled and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, each group had 30 cases. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment. The treatment group was given Yinghuang Tangjia on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment. The two groups were treated for 14 days as a course of treatment, and the clinical symptoms and indicators of laboratory tests before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 70.00%, which was higher than that of the control group （53.30%） （ P 〈0.05）. After treatment, white blood cell count （WBC）, procalcitonin （PCT）, gastrointestinal dysfunction score, acute physiology and chronic health status scoring system （APACHE Ⅱ） score, plasma gastrin （gastrin, GAS）, plasma motilin （MTL） in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Yinghuang Decoction can reduce the inflammation index of patients with sepsis, regulate the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones, improve gastrointestinal dysfunction, and improve clinical efficacy. It is worth promoting.
