摘要
为探索烟支卷制过程中关键工艺参数对梗签分离效果的影响,通过单因素试验方法考察风机负压、挡板高度及孔位对梗签含丝量、烟丝含签量的影响规律,并拟合出线性曲线。结果表明:在试验范围内,随着风机负压的增大,梗签含丝量呈下降的趋势,烟丝含签量呈增加的趋势,梗签的剔除效果变差;随着挡板高度的提高,梗签含丝量呈下降的趋势,烟丝含签量呈增加的趋势,梗签的剔除效果变差;随着孔位由1位变动到5位,梗签含丝量呈下降的趋势,烟丝含签量呈增加的趋势,梗签的剔除效果变差。
In order to explore the effect of key process parameters on tobacco stick separation during cigarette rolling, the influence of negative pressure of fan, baffle height and hole position on tobacco stick content and tobacco stick content were investigated by single factor test, and the linear curve was fitted. The results showed that: within the test range, with the increase of negative pressure of the fan, the silk content of the tobacco stick decreased, the tobacco stick content increased, the removal effect of the stick became worse; with the increase of the height of the baffle, the silk content of the stick decreased, the tobacco stick content increased, and the removal effect of the stick became worse. With the change of pore position from 1 to 5, the silk content of stem stick decreased, the tobacco stick content increased, and the removal effect of stem stick became worse.
