摘要
根据面向云服务的信息物理系统参考架构,以无人机通用地面站智能总装车间为应用对象,从两大映射空间、三种服务模式、四层功能架构的角度详细介绍了智能车间的建设目标与实施内容。通过建设前后的智能制造能力成熟度对比,证实了基于CSOCPS参考架构搭建的智能总装车间能够显著提高产品全生命周期各个环节的智能制造水平。
According to the reference architecture of cloud service oriented cyber physical system( CSOCPS),the construction target and implementation contents of a smart assembly shop for the common ground station of unmanned aerial vehicle are discussed in detail from different aspects such as two mapping spaces, three kinds of service models and four levels of hierarchical function architecture. Through the maturity comparison of smart manufacturing before and after the construction, it is proved that the construction of smart assembly shop based on the CSOCPS reference architecture can obviously improve the smart manufacturing level of every stage in the whole product lifecycle.
