摘要
企业质量文化是企业文化的组成部分,是以质量为中心,建立在物质文化基础上,与质量意识和质量活动密切相关的企业的物质活动和精神活动的总和。通过论述质量文化的含义、企业建立质量文化的意义,提出企业建立质量文化的方法。
As a part of enterprise culture,quality culture focuses on the quality. On the basis of material cul-ture ,t is the sum of material and spiritual activities related closely with quality awareness and quality activities. This article mainly demonstrates the meaning of quality culture and the significance of enterprise setting up qual-ity culture,proposing the method to set up quality culture.
