摘要
反垄断法适用除外制度亦称之为合法垄断,从各国立法经验中看出,反垄断法适用除外制度的建立具有深刻的法律渊源和法理依据,涉及一定的领域。它的建立与完善,不仅是对反垄断法的有益补充,而且对不同国情国家的政治、经济发展将会发挥积极的推动作用。
It can be found out from various countries'legislative experience,the setting-up of the system of monopo- lization legally has deep legal origins and theory。It involves certain field。It is not merely the beneficial supplement to the antimonopoly law,and will play a positive role to the politics,economic development of different countries too。
