摘要
目的探讨多酶清洗剂与碱性酶清洗剂对电子鼻咽喉镜的清洗效果。方法选取2016年8月—2017年8月肿瘤内科使用同样型号新的电子鼻咽喉镜2根,分为2组(在镜的后端做标记,观察组为红色,对照组为蓝色),重复使用,观察组一年内共重复使用85次,用碱性酶清洗剂清洗,对照组一年内共重复使用76次,用多酶清洗剂清洗。比较2组器械的清洗质量。结果擦拭法、蛋白质残留测试法、杰力试纸测试法结果显示,观察组合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论采用碱性酶清洗剂比采用多酶清洗剂清洗电子鼻咽喉镜,效果更佳。
Objective To compare the cleaning efficacy between multi-enzyme detergent and alkaline enzyme-containing detergent in the cleaning of video rhino-laryngoscope. Methods Two cases of video rhino-laryngoscope were labeled and assigned to the observation group （red lable） and the control group （red lable）. In the observation group, the alkaline enzyme-containing detergent was used in the cleaning of reusable video rhino-laryngoscope for 85 times. In the control group, the multi-enzyme detergent was adopted in the cleaning of reusable video rhino-laryngoscope for 76 times. The cleaning efficacy of two different detergents was assessed. Results According to results of smear test, test for residual protein and test by Jieli papers, the qualified rate of cleaning was higher in the observation group than that in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the multi-enzyme detergent, alkaline enzyme-containing detergent shows a better cleaning efficacy in the cleaning of video rhino-laryngoscope.
