摘要
对国内档案馆开展档案志愿服务活动情况进行问卷调查,深入分析样本对档案志愿服务活动的态度看法、当前开展情况及需求、推广改进意见和对档案志愿服务活动的保障与激励等问题的认识与看法。结果发现大多数样本对档案志愿服务活动持赞成态度并积极支持,但认为当前的档案志愿服务活动开展情况不容乐观。虽然大多数样本都有档案志愿服务需求,但需求并不紧迫且差异较大;大多数样本认为需要通过多渠道多平台及时推广档案志愿服务活动并加以改进,同时需要加强对档案志愿服务活动的保障与激励。最后据此提出了若干推动和改进档案志愿服务活动的建议和对策。
This paper makes a questionnaire survey on the voluntary service activities carried out by domestic archives, and deeply analyzes the attitude and views of the sample to the voluntary service activities of archives, the current situation and demand of the voluntary service activities,the suggestions of the improvement,and the safeguards and encouragement of the archival voluntary service activities, and so on. The results show that most of the samples had a positive attitude towards archival Voluntary activities. However, it is considered that the current situation of archival voluntary service is not optimistic. Although most samples have demand for archival voluntary service, the demand is not urgent and the demand is quite different. Most of the samples believe that there is a need to scale up and improve archival volunteerism in a timely manner through multiple channels and platforms. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the safeguards and encouragement measures of the archival voluntary service activities. Finally, the author put forward some suggestions for promoting the archival voluntary service activities.
