摘要
针对一般的型材标准件库三维模型数据冗余度大、功能单一和用户界面不友好的问题,使用参数化设计方法和力学分析模型对CAD软件进行二次开发。应用Visual Studio 2005、ADK和SQL Server 2008,以国产三维CAD软件SINOVATION为平台,建立了符合国标的型材标准件库,并应用于梁的设计,结合梁的力学分析模型二次开发了梁设计软件。实现了型材的三维模型参数化设计、梁的计算机辅助力学分析和梁设计报告输出。最后,以某电动葫芦单梁桥式起重机主梁和某车床主轴的设计校核为例,验证了梁设计软件建模的高效性和设计分析的直观性。
Focusing on the high data redundancy, the single function and the unfriendly user interface of the ordinary standard parts libraries for section bars, the parametric design method of section bars and the mechanical analysis model of the beams are studied. A new standard parts librariy of section bars and a software for beams designing are establish though using Visual Studio 2005, ADK and SQL Server 2008. Three-dimensional CAD software SINOVATION is used as a platform to complete the development. The standardized design of section bars, computer-aided mechanics analysis of beams and output of design report are realized. Finally, a crane' s main girder study case and a lathe spindle study case illustrate the high efficiency and intuition of modeling of the beam design software.
