摘要
原发性三叉神经痛是临床常见的疼痛性疾病,严重影响患者的日常生活。药物治疗存在不良反应,手术治疗费用高、易复发,而针刺治疗不良反应小。笔者在普通针刺基础上加用电针并结合醒脑开窍法治疗原发性三叉神经痛,疗效明显。
Primary trigeminal neuralgia is a painful disease commomly,affecting the patient＇ s daily life seriously.There are advevse reactions in drug therapy,the cost of surgical treatment is high,and the adverse reactions of acupuncture treatment are small,therefore,it is treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of ordinary needling and combined with xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture method to treat it,and it has made certain curative effect in clinical.
