摘要 建设一套X射线输送带探伤系统。介绍了X射线输送带探伤系统的工作原理,以及主要设备构成;详细分析了X射线输送带探伤系统建设中需要注意的问题,以及基本原则;对建设中出现的问题进行了深入分析,提供了解决方案。实际应用表明X射线输送带探伤系统运行稳定,可靠,监测参数准确,可以有效的实现输送带的内部结构检测。 A set of X-ray conveyor belt flaw detection system is developed. The working principles of X-ray conveyor belt flaw detection system and the main equipment composition are introduced. The problems needing attention in the construction of X-ray conveyor belt flaw detection system and the basic principles are analyzed in detail. The problems in construction are discussed in detail, and the solutions are provided. The practical application shows that the X-ray conveyor belt flaw detection system is stable,reliable, accurate monitoring parameters, can effectively realize the internal structure of the conveyor belt.
