摘要
放射治疗是鼻咽癌主要的治疗方法 ,而放疗敏感性是决定放射治疗疗效和预后的主要因素,在放疗前或放疗早期准确预测肿瘤放疗敏感性,据此制订或及时调整治疗方案,可以帮助病人获得最佳的治疗效果。目前,多种功能MR成像方法已广泛应用于鼻咽癌放疗敏感性的预测中。综述扩散加权成像(DWI)、动态增强成像(DCE-MRI)、体素内不相干运动扩散加权成像(IVIM-DWI)等成像序列在预测鼻咽癌放疗敏感性中的研究进展。
Radiotherapy is the main treatment method for nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC), and the treatment response and prognosis are highly relied on the radiosensitivity of NPC. If radiosensitivity could be accurately predicted before or at the early stages of treatment, treatment planning could be adjusted accordingly, and the patient would benefit from optimized therapeutic strategy. At present, many functional MR imaging methods are widely used in the prediction of NPC radiosensitivity. In this paper we reviewed the research progress in predicting the radiosensitivity of NPC to radiotherapy with diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI), dynamic enhanced imaging, and intravoxel incoherent motion DWI.
