摘要
目的探讨中药联合治疗对单纯性乳房早发育女孩以后乳房发育及生理指标的影响。方法方便收集2011年7月—2017年3月该院单纯性乳房早发育的女孩,患儿给予中药大补阴丸和知柏地黄丸治疗,定义为研究组,共计105例。选择既往无性早熟病史的正常女童作为对照组,共计105例。对两组女孩随访12月,对比两组一般资料;两组女童乳房及卵巢各项数据;两组性激素水平。结果通过随访12月,结果发现研究组和对照组一般资料中骨龄及体重分别为(9.65±0.57)岁、(26.71±2.41)kg、(9.72±0.51)岁、(26.67±2.45)kg,两组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.08、0.24,P>0.05);研究组和对照组乳核长径、子宫容积、卵巢容积、> 4mm卵泡数分别为[(1.58±0.72)cm、(2.76±0.41)mL、(1.34±0.38)mL、(2.51±0.87)个]、[(1.59±0.68)cm、(2.79±0.45)mL、(1.36±0.41)m L、(2.53±0.81)个],两组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.28、0.33、0.27、0.14,P>0.05);研究组和对照组黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素、雌激素分别为(1.43±1.05)mIU/mL、(3.24±1.65)mIU/mL、(32.11±10.28)pg/mL、(1.39±1.12)mIU/mL、(3.29±1.58)m IU/mL、(32.06±10.61)pg/m L比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.56、0.78、0.89,P>0.05)。结论大补阴丸和知柏地黄丸治疗女孩单纯性乳房早发育疗效肯定,通过随访观察后发现,对女童之后的正常青春期后续乳房发育无影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese traditional medicine combined therapy on breast development and physiological indexes in girls with simple early breast development. Methods The girls with simple breast early develop- rnent from July 2011 to March 2017 were convenient selected and enrolled. The children were treated with Chinese medicine Dabuyin Pill and Zhibai Dihuang Pill, which were defined as the study group, a total of 105 cases. A total of 105 normal children were selected as the control group for the histotT of sessile precocious puberty. The patients in the two groups were followed up for 12 months, and the general data of the two groups were compared. The data of breast and ovatT of the two groups of girls and the sex hormone levels of the two groups. Results After 12 months of follow-up, the bone age and body weight of the study group and the control group were （9.65±0.57） years old, （26.71±2.41）kg, （9.72±0.51） years old, （26.67±2.45）kg, respectively. There was no difference between the two groups, （t=0.08, 0.24, P〉0.05）; the length of the nucleus, uterine volume, ovarian volume, and the number of follicles 〉 4 mm in the study group and the control group were （1.58±0.72）cm, （2.76±0.41）mL, （1.34±0.38）mL, （2.51±0.87）, （1.59±0.68）cm, （2.79±0.45）mL, （1.36±0.41）mL, （2.53± 0.81）, there was no difference between the two groups （t=0.28, 0.33, 0.27, 0.14, P〉0.05）; Luteinizing hormone, follicle stim- ulating hormone and estrogen were （1.43±1,05）mIU/mL, （3.24±1.65）mIU/mL, （32.11±10.28）pg/mL） and （1.39±1.12）mIU/mL, （3.29±1.58）mIU/mL, （32.06±10.61）pg/mL respectively）. There was no difference between and （t=0.56, 0.78, 0.89, P〉0.05）. Conclusion Dabuyin Pill and Zhibai Dihuang Pill have a positive effect on the early development of simple breast in girls. After follow-up observation, it is found that there is no effect on the subsequent breast development after normal puberty in girls.
