摘要
新能源大规模接入以及用电侧使能技术的发展使得柔性负荷调度技术成为调度自动化领域的研究热点。文中提出一种涵盖多种类型柔性负荷的日前优化调度技术,为实现源网荷三侧资源的协同调度提供了技术支撑。基于现有调度自动化系统,设计了考虑多类型柔性负荷的日前优化调度架构,依据用户侧负荷特性,将负荷进行分类,并建立考虑各类负荷的日前优化调度模型。最后基于省级电网断面数据,进行日前优化调度案例仿真,并依据仿真结果,分析了各类柔性负荷对电网运行的影响,验证了所提技术的有效性。
With large-seale injection of new energy into power system and the development of demand side enabling teehnology the scheduling technology with flexible loads becomes a hot issue on automatic dispatching field. Therefore, this paper proposes a day-ahead scheduling technology covering 3 kinds of typical flexible loads, which provides technical support for the coordinated scheduling of resources on all of generating, grid and demand sides. Based on the existing automatic dispatching system, a day-head scheduling framework is designed, considering flexible loads. Flexible loads are classified according to the users'energy consumption characteristics, and their optinfization models are built. At last, based on the provincial power system data, day-ahead scheduling simulations are conducted. With these simulation results, the influences of flexible loads on system are analyzed and the mentioned scheduling technology is verified.
