摘要
论文详细阐述了基于工业组态软件Wincc实现提升机第一故障智能检测的方法。该智能故障检测系统完全独立于提升机电控系统,可与PLC逻辑控制系统并行运行,有助于缩短现场故障诊断时间,提高设备诊断水平及生产效率。论文给出了详细的故障分类、故障源逻辑判断及程序设计流程图。
This paper elaborates the intelligent detection method of the first fault of hoist based on Wince industrial configuration software. The intelligent fault detection system is completely independent of the elevator control system, and can run in parallel with the PLC logic control system. It is helpful to shorten the field fault diagnosis time, improve the level of equipment diagnosis and production efficiency. The paper gives detailed fault classification, logical judgement of fault source and flow chart of program design.
