摘要
目的:观察健康教育在老年患者心血管内科护理中的应用效果。方法:本文共选取136例于2017年2-12月在笔者所在医院心血管内科进行治疗的患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组68例患者。对照组行常规护理方法,观察组行健康教育护理方法。比较两组护理满意度和服药依从性。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者服药依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年患者心血管疾病护理中融入健康教育方法具有可行性,患者对医院的护理满意度较高,服药依从性明显提升。
Objective：To observe the effect of health education in the nursing of cardiovascular medicine in the elderly.Method：Selected 136 cases from February to December 2017 in the department of cardiology in our hospital for treatment of patients as the research object,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 68 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,the observation group received health education nursing methods.Nursing satisfaction and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Result：The nursing satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the compliance of the patients in observation group was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The health education method is adopted in the nursing of cardiovascular medicine among the elderly,the satisfaction of the patients is higher and the medication compliance can be raised.
