摘要
以氯化胆碱为原料,制备了磺酸功能化胆碱催化剂,在水介质中催化芳香醛和2-萘酚反应合成了一系列14-芳基-14H-二苯并[a,j]氧杂蒽衍生物,产率达85~97%。该催化剂具有良好的生物相容性,易于分离和重复利用,符合绿色化学的发展理念。
The sulfonic acid functionalized choline was prepared by using choline chloride as the raw material,which was applied as an efficient catalyst for the synthesis of a series of 14-aryl-14 H -dibenzo[ a,j ]xanthene derivatives via the condensation of aromatic aldehyde and 2-naphthol in aqueous media,with the yield of 85~97%.This catalyst possessed good biocompatibility,as well as easy separation and reutilization,which meet the development concept of green chemistry.
