摘要
目的:寻求操控性良好的后牙美学修复印章材料;应用三维CT重建技术观察印章法、分层充填法充填前后面形态变化。方法:收集80颗面形态完好的磨牙,随机分为4组,每组20颗牙,分别用膏体树脂(A组)、流体树脂(B组)、自凝塑胶(C组)、暂冠材料(D组)复制咬合面形态,制备印章,比较四组材料制备印章组织面形态、气泡产生情况、印章完整性、印章复制操作难易程度;收集20颗面形态完好的磨牙随机分为印章组(E组)10颗,分层充填组10颗(F组)。用操控性良好的印章材料复制面形态,制备印章备用,E、F组牙体均采用牙科CT进行三维扫描记录后再制备统一的面洞型,E组采用印章法充填,F组采用传统的分层充填,充填后牙体进行三维CT扫描,比较各牙体充填前后面形态变化。结果:四种印章材料均能有效复制面形态,膏体和流体树脂产生的气泡较少为5%,自凝塑胶气泡最多为40%,膏体树脂操控性最好且耗时最短,流体树脂耗时最长;经三维CT重建技术检测,印章法组较分层充填组更完美的恢复了磨面形态。结论:膏状树脂可作为印章法充填印章材料之一,印章法充填较分层充填更能有效恢复后面形态。
ObjectiveTo seek a good manipulation of the back tooth aesthetic repair seal materials.Three dimensional CT(3D CT) was used to quantitatively detect the effect of seal repair,and to find the theoretical support for the aesthetic repair of post-seal.Method:80 molars with perfect morphology were collected and randomly divided into 4 groups,20 teeth each,using paste resin,fluid resin,self-condensing plastic,crown material to copy and occlude shape,to prepare seal.Comparing the four groups of materials to make seal tissue surface morphology,bubble formation,seal integrity,seal reproduction operation.The 20 molars collected were randomly divided into two groups E and F,each group 10.Groups were restored with occlusal surface impression technology.The dental CT was used to record the shape of the occlusal surface and compare the occlusal surface change of two groups after the filling restoration with composite resin.Result:Four kinds of seal materials were able to reproduce the conformal form effectively.The bubbles produced by paste and fluid resin were less than 5%.After the three-dimensional CT reconstruction technique detection,the seal method than the stratified filling group more perfect restoration molar conformal form.Conclusion: The paste resin can be used as the seal material for the post-seal aesthetic filling.3-D CT can effectively reconstruct the shape of the teeth before and after filling.Inscribed filling is more effective than stratified filling in restoring the shape of the molar joint.
