摘要
将自主式探究学习法运用在高校法治教育中,有利于提高学生学习的积极性和获取知识的主动性,增强运用法律的能力和完善自身法律素养。在实施过程中要注意培养学生的学习兴趣,构建以学生为中心的教学模式,积极引导学生自主学习并增强学生的实践活动能力。在开展自主式探究学习中,教师要注意从自身观念上进行更新,树立创新意识,摒弃惰性,努力开拓进取,及时掌握新的知识,了解相关信息。对该学习法的效果可以采用一定的评估指标和方法,对其作出定性评述和定量估价。
Adopting self-exploring learning method in colleges’ legal education can promote learning enthusiasm and initiative of acquiring knowledge, then enhance the ability to apply the law and improve their legal accomplishment. Students’ learning interest is developed, student-centered teaching model is constructed, their self-contained learning is guided and their ability of practice is enhanced during the implementation process. In carrying out self-exploring learning method, teachers should improve themselves from self-notion, build innovation consciousness, abandon the inertia, make effort in exploration, grasp new knowledge and understand relevant information. Certain evaluation index and method can be used to make qualitative and quantitative appraisal on the effect of this learning method.
