摘要
目的分析高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)负荷量水平检测对于宫颈病变评估的应用价值。方法选取2016年2月~2018年3月我院收治的420例宫颈病变患者作为研究对象,包括200例慢性宫颈炎,50例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)Ⅰ,57例CINⅡ,62例CINⅢ,51例宫颈癌,全部患者均选择杂交捕获Ⅱ(HC-Ⅱ)方法对高危型HPV负荷量进行检测,对检测结果进行观察分析。结果不同宫颈病变程度患者的高危型HPV负荷量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高危型HPV负荷量最高的宫颈病变为宫颈癌,其次分别为CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ、慢性宫颈炎。CINⅡ、CINⅢ、宫颈癌高危型HPV负荷量>1000所占患者比例显著高于慢性宫颈炎、CINⅠ,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同宫颈病变程度患者的高危型HPV负荷量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论而高危型HPV负荷量最高的则为宫颈癌患者,通过检测高危型HPV负荷量水平能对宫颈病变进行准确评估,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application value of high risk human papillomavirus（HPV） load level in the evaluation of cervical lesions. Methods 420 cases of cervical lesions treated in our hospital from February 2016 to March2018 were selected as research subjects, including 200 cases of chronic cervicitis, 50 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia CINⅠ, 57 cases of CINⅡ, 62 cases of CINⅢ, 51 cases of cervical cancer, all patients selected the hybrid captureⅡ（HC-Ⅱ）method to detect high risk HPV load. The results were observed and analyzed. Results The difference of high risk HPV load of patients with different cervical lesions was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Cervical lesions with the highest high risk HPV load were cervical cancer, followed by CINⅠ, CINⅡ, CINⅢ, and chronic cervicitis.CINⅡ, CINⅢ and cervical cancer were significantly more than those of chronic cervicitis group and CINⅠ group with high-risk HPV load of more than 1000, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is a significant difference in the high risk HPV load of patients with different cervical lesions, while the highest risk type HPV load is the cervical cancer patients. It is worth to evaluate the cervical lesions accurately by detecting the high risk HPV load level, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
