摘要
目的分析精子DNA碎片率对辅助生殖结局的影响。方法选择2015年6月~2017年6月在我院接受辅助生殖(体外受精-胚胎移植)治疗的325例患者为研究对象,依据DNA碎片率(DFI)的不同分为A组(DFI≤17.6%)、B组(17.6%<DFI<30.0%)和C组(DFI≥30.0%),回顾性比较分析三组精液常规参数、体外受精(IVF)结局及妊娠结局。结果 (1)A、B、C三组精液常规参数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)A、B、C三组受精率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、C两组及B、C两组卵裂率、优质胚胎率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B两组卵裂率、优质胚胎率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)A、B、C三组生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论精子DNA碎片率对辅助生殖结局无显著性影响,但一定程度上会对受精结局造成影响。
Objective To analyze the effect of sperm DNA fragmentation index（DFI） on assisted reproductive outcomes.Methods A total of 325 patients who underwent adjuvant reproductive（fertilization-embryo transfer in vitro） treatment from June 2015 to June 2017 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into groups A（DFI≤17.6%）, B（（17.6%〈DFI〈30.0%）, and C（DFI〈30.0%） according to different DFIs. The semen routine parameters, in vitro fertilization（IVF） outcomes and pregnancy outcomes were retrospectively compared and analyzed in the three groups. Results There was no statistical difference in semen routine parameters of the three groups（P〉0.05）. The differences of fertilization rates among three groups were significant. To be specific, the cleavage rates and high quality embryo rates between group A and group C,and group B and group C（P〈0.05）, while no much difference between group A and group B（P〉0.05）. The biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate of the three groups didn′t differ statistically（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Sperm DFI has no significant effect on assisted reproductive outcomes, but it will affect the outcome of fertilization to some extent.
