摘要
目的CBCT和液压法上颌窦内提升同期牙种植术在临床联合应用。方法选取2015年～2017年本院行上颌窦内提升的患者49例作为研究对象,其中,男19例,女30例,剩余骨高度(6>RBH>4 mm),行液压法上颌窦内提升术,同期植入49颗种植体,加BIO-OSS骨粉,行临床效果及CBCT评测,评价上颌窦提升效果。结果 CBCT显示无粘膜穿孔,骨平均增加高度7.3 mm(4.9～9.2mm),六个月后二期修复,种植体存留率100%。结论液压法上颌窦内提升术效果肯定,精确,微创,安全可靠。
Objective The aim of the present study was to observe and evaluate the outcome of the hydraulic maxillary sinus lift directed by CBCT.Methods 49 patients（19 males,30 femals） with the residual bone ridge height range 4～6 mm in the ivestingation with CBCT. 49 implants were placed using a hydraulic maxillary sinus ？oor elevation and simultaneous bone substitute procedure.Results The CBCT indicated the average lifted height for 49 implantation sites is 7.3mm（4.9～9.2 mm）.no intraoperative membrane perforations .Six months after surgery,the restoration were finished.49 cases of maxillary sinus augmentation were all successful.Conclusion The results suggest that the validity of the methods for the patients with short residual alveolar bone height.
