一种新型耐高温交联酸的研制及性能评价 被引量:8

摘要 顺南地区碳酸盐岩油藏埋藏深、温度高,酸化压裂改造需要一种耐高温的酸液体系。针对该问题,研制了新型耐高温的稠化剂、交联剂,优化了交联酸体系,并进行了综合性能评价。以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、乙烯基吡咯烷酮和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸等为原料,合成了稠化剂LG-1;以氧氯化锆、异丙醇、多元醇PA和多羟基羧酸钠等为原料,合成了有机锆交联剂LC-1;优选了缓蚀剂、助排剂及铁离子稳定剂,并优化了其质量分数。最终获得耐高温交联酸体系的配方:(5%~20%)盐酸+1.25%LG-1+1.5%LC-1+2.0%SH-1+2.0%HY-207+2.5%SL-SIC150。该体系耐温达160℃,在170 s-1的剪切速率下连续剪切90 min,黏度稳定在100 mPa·s以上;该体系具有良好的破胶性能,采用0.3%过硫酸铵溶液破胶后,黏度小于5 mPa·s。新型交联酸体系具有良好的耐温抗剪切性能,能满足顺南地区高温储层酸化压裂改造对酸液耐温性能的要求。 Shunnan carbonate oil reservoir is deep and of high temperature. Acid fi'aeturing in this field needs high-temperature acid system. Aiming at this problem, a new type of gel agent and crosslinker were developed, the composition of the acid system was opitimized, and its overall performace was evaluated. Gel agent LG-1 was developed by using acrylamide, acrylic acid, vinyl pyrrolidone, and 2-acrylamide-methylpropanesulfonic acid, and also an organic zirconium crosslinking agent LC-1 was synthesized by using zirconium oxychloride, isopropanol, PA and sodium polyhydroxy acid. The type and addition of corrosion inhibitor, cleanup additive and ferric ion stabilizer were optimized. Finally the formulation of the acid system was obtained: (5% -20% ) hydrochloric acid, 1.25% thickener LG-1, 1.5% crosslinker LC-1, 2.0% corrosion inhibitor SH-1, 2.0% cleanup additive HY-207, 2.5% ferric ion stabilizer SL-SIC150. The new acid system has temperatuer resistance of 160℃ and viscosity of over 100 mPa·s at shearing rate 170 s^-1 for 90 min. The new system also has good gel breaking performance. The viscosity is low than 5 mPa· s after gel breaking with 0.3% ammonium persulfate breaker. The newly developed acid system has good performance of high-temperature and shearing and good applicability in acid fracturing in Shunnan Oilfield.
