摘要
目的:观察穴位按摩联合吴茱萸贴敷对预防腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者恶心呕吐的护理效果。方法:将80例腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。两组术后均给予相同的常规护理,包括生命体征监测、饮食护理、心理护理和给药护理等;观察组在此基础上给予穴位按摩内关穴、中脘穴、天枢穴后加用吴茱萸穴位贴敷,比较两组患者术后恶心呕吐发生情况及患者对治疗效果的满意度。结果:观察组术后0～6h、6+～12h、12+～24h、24+～48h四个时间段恶心呕吐的发生率低于对照组,恶心呕吐的严重程度也较对照组轻,患者治疗满意度较对照组高(P <0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:穴位按摩联合吴茱萸贴敷能有效预防腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心呕吐的发生,促进患者术后康复,提高患者满意度,值得临床进一步研究推广。
Objective： To observe clinical efcacy of point massage plus the Wuzhuyu （ 吴茱萸 ） strapping on prevention of nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods： 80 cases were divided into two groups, 40 cases in each. All patients were given conventional nursing, including vital signs monitoring, diet care, psychological care, medication care, etc.. The observation group was given point massage [Neiguan （内关）, Zhongwan （中脘）, Tianshu （天枢）] plus the Wuzhuyu strapping more. Results： Postoperative period of 0 ～ 6h, 6＋ ～ 12h, 12＋ ～ 24h, 24＋ ～ 48h, the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the observation group was lower, and the severity of nausea and vomiting was also lower, and the patient satisfaction rate was higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Point massage plus the Wuzhuyu strapping on prevention of nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy can improve postoperative rehabilitation and patient satisfaction, and is worthy of promotion.
