摘要
悬浮式气动平衡器作为重要的煤矿辅助提升装备,密封圈与气缸间的密封与摩擦特性对工作安全性和平稳性有着关键的影响。为研究密封圈密封性能以及密封圈与气缸之间摩擦特性,根据O形密封圈本构方程建立不同预压缩率条件下的静密封有限元模型,得出预压缩率、工作介质压力、摩擦系数对密封性能的影响规律。针对气动平衡器的结构特点,搭建摩擦特性测试试验平台,得出工作介质压力和运动速度对摩擦特性的影响规律,对于增强煤矿运输可靠性有着重要意义。
Suspension pneumatic balancer is an important auxiliary lifting equipment for coal mine production. The sealing and friction characteristics between the sealing ring and the cylinder have a key impact on the safety and stability of the lifting process. According to the constitutive equation of the 0- ring seal, a finite element model of static seal under different pre-compression ratio is established, and the influence rule of pre-compression ratio, working medium pressure and friction coefficient for the sealing performance is obtained. According to the structure characteristics of pneumatic balancer, the friction testing platform is built, and the influence rule of working medium pressure and velocity is obtained, which has important significance for improving the reliability of coal mine transportation.
