摘要
脾胃学说是中医学重要理论之一。脾胃为后天之本。其实际意义不仅在于论述了脾胃的功能特点,更重要的是在于指导临证治疗用药。它说明脾胃功能的盛衰从根本上决定了人身的强壮或衰弱;疾病的好转或恶化。提示了不论在什么情况下都应固护脾胃之气,保全一线生机。
The spleen-stomach theory is one of the important theories of Chinese medicine. The spleen-stomach is the foundation of postnatal life. Its practical signifcance is not only to discuss the functional characteristics of spleen and stomach, but also to guide the clinical treatment and medication. This indicates that the spleen and stomach function fundamentally determines the development of human constitution and disease. It is suggested that the spleen-stomach Qi should be protected under all circumstances to preserve the frst line of life.The spleen-stomach is the foundation of postnatal life, which is refected in the physiology the spleen and stomach bear the function of receiving, digesting and absorbing food and water, and converting qi and blood to nourish the fve zang organs and six fu organs. In this process of course, it also includes the absorption and transport of drugs to play its role of disease prevention and treatment. Once the function of spleen and stomach stops, life will end. Refected in pathology： if the spleen and stomach function is damaged, Qi and Blood biochemistry will lose source, healthy viscera will lose nutrition and lose vitality, sick viscera will have no medicine available and lost hope of recovery. The spleen and stomach are the middle earth, the earth is extensive, it contains all kinds of things. The endogenous and exogenous pathogenic factors, and the change in the functions of the viscera all directly or indirectly cause the changes of the spleen and stomach function. Therefore, the spleen and stomach are always providing energy for life activities, and always under the attack of various pathogenic factors.
