摘要
子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是一种妇科常见疾病,在育龄期妇女中发病率约为5%～15%。其临床症状严重地影响了女性的健康和生活质量。目前EMs的治疗主要包括药物治疗和手术治疗,西药治疗由于其不良作用而限制了药物的长期应用,手术治疗术后易于复发。中医药治疗EMs具有一定的优势,本文主要概括、总结中医药对EMs的治疗,为临床提供参考。
Endometriosis（EMs） is a common gynecological disease that affects approximately 5% ～ 15% of childbearing-age women. Its clinical symptoms seriously affect women＇s health and life quality. At present,the treatment of EMs mainly includes drug and surgical treatment. However,due to the side effects of drugs,and prone to recurrence after surgical treatment,western medicine treatment has limits in its long-term use. On the contrary,traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of EMs. This article mainly summarized the treatments of EMs by traditional Chinese medicine,which provides reference for clinical practice in treating EMs.
