摘要
影响上市公司投资效率的因素较多,本文以2010—2014年间新疆涉农上市公司投资明细、投资效率和资产负债率等数据为基础,分析各指标的年度变化动态,并对其投资过程中存在的问题进行剖析。结果表明,2010—2014年间,新疆涉农上市公司投资总额先升高后下降,而企业息税前利润和"产出/投入"比值均呈先降低后增加趋势,其投资过程中仍存在企业息税前利润与投资总额不匹配和投资模式构成不均衡等问题,建议完善新疆涉农上市公司的投资机制和股权结构。
There are many factors influencing the investment efficiency of listed companies. Based on the investment details, invest- ment efficiency and asset-liability ratio of Xinjiang agricultural listed companies from 2010 to 2014, the annual change of each index and the existing problems in the investment process were analyzed in this paper, The results showed that, during 2010-2014, the in-vestment of Xinjiang agricultural listed companies was increased first and then decreased, while the corporate earnings before interest and tax, and the ratio of ＇output/input＇were decreased first and then increased. Two main problems were existed in the investment pro-cess, including that the investment did not match the total earnings before interest and tax, and the investment patterns were imbalance. Thus, a suggestion on perfect the investment mechanism and the ownership structure of Xinjiang agriculture listed companies was made.
