摘要
政治纪律是整个纪律体系的核心和灵魂。在接受列宁主义纪律原则的基础上,中国共产党人提出政治纪律概念,并对之作出初步阐述。大革命失败后,为了挽救中国革命,在共产国际的推动下,中国共产党开始执行更加严格的政治纪律。强化政治纪律对于执行土地革命政策和开辟武装斗争新局面发挥了重要作用,但也出现了党内斗争的惩办主义错误,伤害了一大批党内干部,助推了党内"左"倾错误的蔓延。严格地执行政治纪律必须基于中国革命的利益,以符合中国实际的正确政治路线为基本前提,以教育大多数党员为主旨,这是历史留给我们今天的政治智慧。
Political discipline is the core and soul of the whole discipline system. On the basis of accepting Leninism discipline principle, the Conmmnist Party of China put forward the concept of political discipline in Februa-y 1927, and made a preliminary exposition of it. After the failure of the Great Revolution, under the impetus of the Commu- nist International, the Comunist Party of China began to implement political discipline at all levels in order to save the Chinese revolution. Strengthening political discipline has played an important role in carrying out the agrarian revolutionary policy and opening up a new situation in the armed struggle. However, there have also been errors of punishment doctrine in the inner-party struggle, which have halaned a large number of Party cadres and helped spread the＂ Left＂ error within the Party. To carry out political discipline strictly must be based on the interests of the Chinese revolution,take the corrwect political line in line with China＇s reality as the basic premise,and educate the majority of Party members as the main purpose. This is the political wisdom given by history for us today.
