摘要
随着环保要求的提高,含油废水的处理日益受到重视,油水乳液是油田采出液的主要组成部分,同时也是含油废水处理的重难点。未经处理的油水乳液直接排放不仅对环境和人体健康有致命影响,而且会造成大量石油资源浪费和经济损失。因此,油水乳液分离已经引起了世界的广泛关注。本文综述了处理油水乳液的3种新型材料:聚合物膜、聚合物多孔泡沫和磁性纳米颗粒,分别介绍了它们的制备方法以及其在处理油水乳液中的应用情况和优势特点,展望了油水乳液分离材料的发展趋势。
With the improvement of environmental protection requirements, more and more attentions are paid to the facile treatment of oily waste water. Oil-water emulsion is the main component of oilfield production fluids, and it is also a major difficulty in the treatment of oily wastewater. Untreated oil-water emulsions not only has a fatal impact on the environment and human health, but also causes a large amount of waste of oil resources and economic losses. Therefore, the separation of oil-water emulsions has caused widespread attention. This paper reviews three new types of materials for the treatment of oil-water emulsions: polymer membranes, porous polymer foams, and magnetic nanoparticles. Their preparation, application and advantages in the treatment of oil-water emulsions are also described and discussed in detail. The future trends of the polymeric materials and preparation for effectively treating oil-water emulsions are also prospected.
