摘要 通过开发前端录入系统模块,实现产线中请钻带资料可以在部门内部进行申请,申请时系统自动上传相应的参数到指定的数据库中:开发实时监测功能模块,监测数据库是否存在更新:若存在更新自动引导输出钻带功能模块:输出钻带功能模块按照工艺规范逐项检测关键项目是否按照要求制作。若发现资料存在异常,报警并退出此料号的输出,并更新数据库中“输出状态”的字段为“报警”:实时监测模块循环引导自动输出系统,进行下一料号的钻带资料自动输出:若资料检测正确,正常输出钻带资料到指定的网络盘路径下:开发实时预警功能模块。实时监测数据库中的输出状态字段是否存在“报警”的信息。若存在报警信息,实时预警功能模块在电脑的右下角闪烁此模块的图标,提醒用户相应处理输出异常:用户根据报警信息分析及修改网络盘的TGZ,并在录入前端选中此条记录,右击后点击“清除输出状态”,系统将再次检测并输出此条记录的钻带资料,正常输出后此条异常信息不再闪烁。通过此解决方案可以省去工程人员手动输出钻带资料的环节,提升申请钻带资料的效率及有效降低出错机率。此解决方案为工厂内根据自身工作流程及性质有效实施的人工智能解决方案。 By developing front-end to input system module, staff can apply the drilling data via their intemal department, the system can upload the related parameters automatically to the specified database. By developing real-time monitoring function module to monitor the database if there is an update exists. If so, the drilling output function module will be leaded to output automatically. Drilling output function module can inspect the key procedure one by one if they proceed according to the workman-ship specifications. Warning appears and stop outputting if an error occurs, and the "output" status will be changed to "warning" in the database. The real-time monitoring module can repeatedly guide the automatic output system to output the drilling data automatically for the next order. If the data is correct, then the drilling data will be output-ted to the specified internet disk; Developing the real-time warning function module to monitor the output status in the database if any "warning" information exists. If so, the symbol of this module under the right corner of the computer will keep twinkling to remind user to handle this problem. Users can analyze and revise the TGZ in the internet disk according to the warning info, select this record in the system and click "remove output condition" when you click the right-hand button. The system will check and output this drilling data again, warning info of this message will not be shown again under the normal output condition. By this solution, engineers do not need to output drilling datamanually, it and reduce the frequency of error at the same time.
