基于设备实际技术状态的点检定修制对设备实行定量的劣化倾向管理,实现状态维修,避免过修和欠修,做到设备"预知状态、超前管理",实现企业经济效益的最大化。
The spot inspection and regular maintenance system based on the actual state of the equipment can manage the deterioration tendency of the equipment quantificationally, realize the state maintenance, avoid over repair and lack of repair, and achieve the“precognition and advance management”of the equipment, so as to maximize the economic benefit of the enterprise.
