摘要
小儿功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)是儿科的一种常见疾病,目前小儿FD的发病机制尚未完全清楚,仍缺乏有效、安全的治疗手段。中医学在治疗小儿FD方面积累了丰富的经验并且取得了良好的效果。中医认为,FD病位在胃,与肝脾相关,中焦气机阻滞、升降失常为小儿FD的病机关键。中药汤剂、中成药及中医外治法在小儿FD治疗上有疗效显著,不良反应少的特点,中西医结合治疗也取得了满意效果,但现阶段仍存在缺乏统一的专家共识、作用机制的研究等问题。
Functional dyspepsia （FD） in children is common in pediatrics. At present the pathogenesis of infantile FD is yet not clarified and no treatment has been found both safe and effective in western medicine. Meanwhile, traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） practioners have accumulated abundant experiences in treating children’s FD and these treatment has curative effect. TCM believes that the cause of FD is rooted in stomach which related to liver and spleen. In the eye of TCM practioners, the pathogenesis of FD in children is blockage and abnormal movements of Qi in middle energizer. TCM treatment, which includes Chinese herbal decoction and proprietary Chinese medicine and TCM external treatment, is curative and with less side effect when treating FD in children. The treatment combining Chinese and Western medicine also achieved satisfactory results. However, no consensus has been reached by experts in the mechanism of FD in children at this stage.
