摘要
本文以行动研究为视角,通过对参与X市2014至2016年社会工作督导培训的17名学员进行参与观察和深度访谈,对"学院式"培养本土督导培养模式的运行过程进行了行动研究,研究发现,"学院式"本土社会工作督导培养模式作为一种有益的探索,目前在学员筛选、课程目标体系设计、教师配备、课程内容、结果考核等方面均面临一定的挑战和问题。在此基础上,文章最后讨论并提出了社会工作本土督导培养的可能方向。
In the perspective of action research, this paper conducts action research and in-depth interview on the operational process of "college-style" training of local supervision mode through 17 participants in the X-city social work supervision training from 2014 to 2016. As a useful exploration, the "college-style" local social work supervision and training model faces certain challenges and problems in the aspects of student screening, course target system design, teacher equipment, course content, and results assessment. On this basis, the article finally discusses and proposes the possible direction of local supervision of social work.
